Soak in a soothing, relaxing salt bath. I have used a mixture in Course Dead Sea Salt, Pink Himalaya Sea Salt, Epsom Salt w/magnesium to help with those sore muscles. With a mix of floral petals you any or some of the following: pink or red rose petals, calendula, lavender, blue or pink cornflower, jasmine buds.
If you don't want the petals in your bath put them in a tea bag or an organza bag.
You can use as much as you want in your bath but you should be 2 baths.
